Characteristics of the tasting: 
in nose, it shows green flavours with hints of tomato plant, fig tree and freshly cut grass, as well as sweeter fruit tones, with a hint of apple and dried fruit background reminiscent of dried apricots in subtle way. In the mouth, the green alloza with almond touches and a light bitter ending with a spicy lingering finish invades us.

Almazara El Alberque

Located in Ollauri, Almazara El Alberque is the main oil press in the highest area of La Rioja. The Martínez Palacios Family created an oil Company in 2007 to provide a grinding service in an area where olive growth is increasing every year. The mill itself is dedicated to olive production to produce high quality extra virgin olive oils. Under the brands ‘Oleum Berque’ and ‘Trapetum’, Almazara El Alberque sells a blend of arbequina and royuela, both for gourmet and high cuisine establishments as well as in the shop inside Almazara El Alberque.
