Characteristics of the tasting: 
balanced. In the nose, it is fruity with hints of tomao, artichoke and connotations of ripe banana, vanilla and green almond. In the mouth, it is sweet and it has a light spicy and bitterness in balance, that remains aftertaste.

Located in the heart of Ocón Valley, Almazara Hejul has been in Galilea since 2003. The Fernandez Santa Ana family was one of the first to solely dedicate the mill to produce extra virgin olive oil, creating a production, manufacturing and marketing company for their own product. Ecological, and with Designation of Origin, its oils ‘Hejul’ and ‘Roim’ have been nationally and internationally awarded in several competitions, in recognition of their quality. As well as producing quality Oils, the company provides grinding services to third parties during the season.
