Characteristics of the tasting:
fresh, dense and pleasantly fatty oil. With intense aromas of tomato and grass. Very fruity. In the mouth it is sweet, with a slight bitterness, a very subtle acidity and a slightly spicy aftertaste. With a high oleic acid content, it can be considered a green extra virgin olive oil, perfect to enjoy raw, as a condiment for sauces and with foods cooked at low temperatures.
